Fitness has been a passion and way of life for Kasie for over 14 years, 6 of those years she has dedicated to training and educating her clients and group fitness classes. Kasie strives to transform lives and bring awareness to those on the realistic, simplistic and effective keys to living and maintaining lifelong health and fitness success.
Kasie's individual training, partner training and group fitness clients all benefit from her continuous upgrading education. With implementing training styles such as: calisthenics, plyometrics, strength, resistance, sports specific, flexibility, core training and goal coaching. One will find so many educational and motivational benefits to their training sessions.
As a previous fitness competitor, featured bikini calendar model, personal trainer and mother, Kasie feels she has done it all! Finding balance for family and her career has taught Kasie to "live in the moment." With an active lifestyle Kasie can often be seen enjoying her favourite activities such as: wakeboarding, playing soccer, working out, hiking, running, snowboarding, biking and practicing yoga.
With her tough yet realistic approach, Kasie has transformed many lives and is so blessed to be able to make her dreams become her reality and help others set, reach and surpass their desired goals.

Amber has been in the fitness industry for almost 12 years, and has been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. She has worked with a variety of clientele in her career, including post rehabilitation, pre and post natal, first time exercisers and seasoned “gym goers” that need that extra push and motivation to achieve their goals.
Between working as a personal trainer and being a full time university student, Amber understands that it can be difficult to find both the time and energy to exercise. However, it is these times that exercising is so important as it provides us with the energy and peace of mind that we need. Amber will help you to maximize your workouts with the time you have.
Amber has a strong passion for fitness, and loves helping clients develop that same desire to be the best they can be. She believes strongly in setting realistic goals, and that through guidance, motivation and determination, you will be successful. By achieving your goals and feeling stronger, healthier and more energetic, it is easy to turn exercise from a daily chore into an enjoyable lifestyle.
In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, working out, snowboarding, and has competed in adventure races which are a combination of mountain biking, kayaking and trail running.
